My Approach

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, affirming, and deeply collaborative. I integrate parts work, attachment-focused care, and body-based approaches to support nervous system regulation, healing, and reconnection with yourself. I believe meaningful change happens when we move gently, listen closely to your body and emotions, and honor your unique pace.

I work from a strengths-based and relational lens, helping clients understand how past experiences have shaped their present patterns—without blame or shame. Together, we focus on building safety, increasing emotional awareness, and creating new ways of responding that feel more aligned and empowering.

I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, trauma-focused approaches, family systems work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). My style is supportive, curious, and steady, with an emphasis on helping you feel grounded, validated, and capable of meaningful change.
