Tava Reid, CSW

I became a therapist because I have witnessed how deeply healing safe, attuned relationships can be. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing or rushing change—it’s about creating a space where your experiences are honored, your nervous system is respected, and growth unfolds at a pace that feels steady, supportive, and empowering.

I work most closely with LGBTQIA+ clients, trauma survivors, and teens, and I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt misunderstood, unseen, or disconnected from themselves or others. I strive to offer a space where you can show up fully as you are—without judgment—and begin to build deeper self-understanding, self-trust, and a sense of safety within yourself.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and compassion.
