Grief after suicide is complicated.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Add your name to the interest list for our small-group support series for suicide loss survivors. We’ll reach out when a new cohort forms.

Is This Group Right for Me?
This group may be a supportive fit if you’re looking for:
๐งกA space where your loss is understood
You want to connect with others who get it — the complexity, the confusion, the love, the anger, the unanswered questions.
โ
๐ฟ Gentle structure + real coping tools
You’re open to learning ways to navigate triggers, guilt, “why” spirals, anniversaries, and the emotional and physical impacts of suicide grief.
โ
๐งโ๏ธ๐งโ๏ธ Small, intentional community
You prefer a group that’s guided, confidential, and facilitated by a licensed therapist — not a drop-in support space.
โ
๐ค A balance of sharing and simply being present
You don’t have to talk every week. Showing up and listening is participating. There is no pressure to “perform” grief.
โ
๐๏ธ A place where all of your feelings are welcome
Numbness, anger, relief, deep sorrow, love, confusion — nothing is “too much” or “wrong” here.
โ
This group may not be a fit if:
-
You are currently in an acute crisis or need daily support
-
You are looking for a space focused on suicide prevention education rather than grief
-
You prefer an unstructured, open-forum sharing style
โ
โ
๐ฌ Not sure?
You can join the interest list without committing. When details are announced, you’ll have a chance to ask questions and decide if it feels right at that time.
Losing someone to suicide carries shock, guilt, anger, love, and a thousand unasked questions. This group offers a gentle place to tell the truth, learn practical coping tools, and be with others who understand. When enough interest gathers for a good fit cohort, we’ll email details and next steps—no commitment today.
