Tava works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

She especially enjoys supporting young adults as they move into adulthood, discover more of who they are, and learn to trust themselves in the midst of change. In her work with couples, she helps partners better understand the patterns between them, strengthen emotional connection, and approach relational wounds with greater care and compassion.

She offers virtual appointments, as well as in-person appointments in South Jordan on Mondays and Thursdays.

In-person office:
1196 W South Jordan Pkwy Ste D2

South Jordan, UT 84095

I became a therapist because I have seen how healing it can be to have someone truly sit with you, listen, and make space for all the parts of your experience. You do not have to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We can take our time, get curious together, and start wherever you are.

I work closely with teens and young adults who are discovering who they are, navigating new independence, or trying to make a life that feels like their own. I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients, trauma and grief survivors, and people who have spent a long time feeling misunderstood or disconnected from themselves.

I enjoy working with couples who want to better understand the patterns they get pulled into and find their way back to one another. Rather than deciding who is right or wrong, I help partners slow things down, recognize what is happening underneath the conflict, and create more safety, honesty, and connection in their relationship.

Our relationship is an important part of the work. I will meet you with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and care while helping you better understand yourself and what you need. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, or a major life transition, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive to you.
