Grief is a universal human experience, yet many people find themselves navigating it alone. We created this gathering to offer a welcoming space where community members can connect, learn, reflect, and explore supportive resources for healing.

About the event
Grief touches all of us, yet it is often something we carry alone.
Join us for a free community gathering designed to create space for reflection, connection, and healing. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating a relationship ending, facing infertility, caring for someone you love, or moving through a major life transition, you are welcome here.
Throughout the evening, participants will have the opportunity to connect with others who understand the many forms grief can take while exploring supportive resources and healing practices.
The evening will include:
• A brief presentation on grief, mental health, and when additional support may be helpful, led by Licensed Therapist Tiana McCall, LCSW
• A restorative sound bath and guided reflection experience with Anna, Sound Bath Practitioner and Death Doula
• Opportunities to experience Reiki energy healing, therapeutic massage, and body-based approaches to releasing stress and grief with Ed.
• Time for conversation, connection, refreshments, and community
Participants will rotate through three small-group experiences, allowing everyone an opportunity to learn, reflect, and engage with each facilitator throughout the evening.
Resource materials, local mental health information, and optional self-guided wellness check-in packets will also be available.
This event is free and open to the community. No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
