You Are Whole. You Are Worthy.

I know how heavy this feels. Trying to figure out who you are, what you care about, and what you want from life—it’s a lot. And when the questions feel too big, too endless, I can see why you’d want to turn away from them, to find something—anything—that offers even a brief escape.
You’re not failing because you don’t have all the answers. You’re not lost because you feel tired of searching. You’re a person who is doing the best they can with what they have, in a season that is asking so much of you. And it makes sense that you’d want a break.
But I wonder—what if rest didn’t have to mean running away? What if instead of distractions that leave you feeling just as drained, you gave yourself the kind of rest that actually nourishes you? The kind that says, You don’t have to figure it all out today. You don’t have to earn your right to slow down. You are enough, right now, exactly as you are.
You don’t have to push so hard. You don’t have to be constantly searching. The answers will come in their own time, and in

the meantime, you are still whole, still worthy, still deeply you—even in the in-between.
I hope you can offer yourself the same kindness you’d give to someone you love. You deserve that. And I’ll be here, holding space for you, believing in you, no matter where you are in this journey.
With so much care,
Tiana
